Absolutely loved the comfy beds!

Place had a clean room and a comfortable bed. We brought our disabled dog along, and they were super accommodating. Nice that it’s dog-friendly. Enjoyed being close to James Robb State Park, great for walks and biking. The breakfast needed improvement, though. It felt like the same processed items you see everywhere with no real variety. Could really use some healthier options, especially something hot to eat. The pool area could use a lot of care. There's dirt caked around the sides, which really turned my daughter off from swimming. Otherwise, staff were friendly and welcoming during our stay.

The hotel was perfect for our family of seven! The breakfast had yummy options, and the location was super convenient for visiting Colorado National Monument. Having flat-screen TVs in the rooms was a nice touch for evening wind-downs with the kids.

My kids wished the pool area was cleaner. it could use some upgrading for families to really enjoy it better.

Fruita's got some serious eats nearby! I hit up Starvin Arvin's and it was a flavor-packed adventure. Housekeeping also nailed it, keeping our room tidy and stocked with everything we needed.

The entrance was downright filthy—yikes!

i loved how easy it was to explore nearby parks like the black ridge wilderness study area, just less than a kilometer away, and enjoy trails like the devil's canyon trail system while strolling through the beautiful surroundings.

This place was just a well-suited match for a mini-break over the weekend in Fruita with reasonable value. Avoid staying until renovations are done.

I had a comfortable stay with clean, spacious rooms. The location was great, just off the highway. Breakfast included decent options like hard boiled eggs and yogurt. I enjoyed photographing prairie dogs nearby. It was a good experience for my family and me. 🐾

The location is super handy off the highway! Plus, the cleanliness was great, with a spacious King Room offering lots of comfort. We even took fun photos of prairie dogs right next to the hotel during our stay.

la quinta had a lovely outdoor pool that my kids enjoyed. the queen room was also nice with clean sheets and a comfy bed. the location was convenient, with a shop right across the street. the breakfast options were basic but decent. overall, it had some redeeming qualities.
